// REMOVE FROM GOOGLE

Remove Negative Content from Google Search Results

The internet talks and people listen. What it says about you, fairly or not, shapes hiring decisions, loan applications, partnerships, and first meetings before you are in the room. We help individuals and businesses in India get harmful content off Google where the law or platform policy allows it, and pushed down where it does not.

Articles, leaked images and videos, exposed personal data, old court and arrest records, complaint entries, and autocomplete suggestions are all in scope. What is not in scope is accurate reporting and genuine customer reviews, and we will say so plainly rather than take your money for work that was never going to succeed.

We do not remove genuine Google reviews. Outcomes depend on the facts, the platform, and applicable law.

Two Tracks

What Google will remove, and what it will not

Getting content off Google means understanding which of two things you are dealing with. Some pages can be removed at the source or de-indexed from search because a policy or a law says so. The rest are lawful, accurate, and staying exactly where they are, and the only honest answer for those is suppression.

FameNinja handles both tracks. We pursue direct removal where Google policy, Indian law such as the IT Rules 2021 and the IT Act, or a platform's own guidelines give us a legitimate basis. Where a page does not meet any removal threshold, we suppress it by building accurate content with enough authority to outrank it.

Each case is assessed individually, and the audit tells you which track each URL falls into before you commit to anything. The same logic drives our article and content removal work and sits inside our wider online reputation management service.

What We Handle

The content we get removed or suppressed

Unfair or outdated news and press

A damaging article, press release, or smear campaign ranking for your name.

News sites rarely delete on request. We pursue editorial correction or right of reply, escalate under defamation law or the IT Rules 2021 where the story is false, and suppress the article where the desk will not move.

Leaked private images and videos

Intimate or private content shared without your consent, spreading across hosts and image search.

This is the fastest-moving category and the one where the law is most clearly on your side. Sections 67 and 67A of the IT Act apply, alongside platform abuse channels and Google's own image removal tools. Speed matters, so contact us the same day.

Exposed personal and financial data

Phone numbers, email addresses, identity documents, home address, or bank and card details published online.

Google removes several categories of personal information from search under its own policy, and the hosting site can usually be pushed to take the page down. We work both routes at once so the data does not simply move.

Arrest, court, and legal records

FIRs, case listings, judgments, and mugshot-style pages surfacing years after the matter closed.

Public records are generally protected and cannot be forced off the source site. What is realistic is de-indexing specific URLs from Google where Right to be Forgotten grounds exist, plus suppression so the record stops ranking on page one.

Consumer complaints and fake reviews

Complaint-board entries, spam ratings, and competitor-placed reviews attacking your business.

Fake, defamatory, and policy-violating entries can be disputed through the platform's own process and, where the facts support it, a legal notice. Genuine customer criticism cannot be removed and we will tell you when that is what you are looking at.

Damaging autocomplete suggestions

Google autocomplete or related searches attaching words like scam or fraud to your name.

Suggestions are generated from search behaviour and the content behind it, so they are fixed at the source rather than switched off. We address the underlying pages and the query patterns feeding them, and the suggestions fade over the following weeks.

Find Your Route

The right route depends on where the content sits

Removing a court record, an FIR, or a negative news story from Google is not one process. What is possible depends on which site is hosting the content and whether it can be taken down at the source or only pushed below the fold. These are the four situations we see most.

A judgment or case record on a legal database

Sites like CaseMine and Indian Kanoon republish public court records. The source page is usually protected, so the realistic route is a targeted de-index request to Google plus suppression, not a takedown.

An FIR or case listing on a government portal

Government and court portals almost never remove a listing on request. Where the case was closed, dismissed, or ended in acquittal, that record itself becomes the strongest argument for de-indexing the URL.

A negative news article on your name

Publisher first, Google second. If the article is false or defamatory there is a removal or correction route at the source; if it is accurate reporting, suppression is the honest answer.

A page that will not come down at all

Some content is simply lawful and staying put. In that case the question is no longer removal but how far down the results it can be pushed, and how quickly.

Our guides on the blog walk through the court record, FIR, and negative news routes in detail. Every case is different and no method guarantees removal, so if you would rather skip the reading, ask us for a free confidential assessment of your specific situation.

How It Works

Our removal and suppression process

01

Assess

We list every URL in scope, check where each one sits, and work out which have a genuine removal ground and which do not.

02

Document

Most takedowns succeed on evidence rather than wording. We build the record: what is false, what breaches policy, what the law says.

03

File

Platform abuse reports, publisher notices, Google removal and de-indexing requests, DMCA claims, and legal notices where the facts support them.

04

Suppress

For everything that stays up, we build and promote accurate content that outranks it, so the damaging page drops off page one.

05

Monitor

We watch for the content reappearing on mirrors or aggregators, and act again if it does.

Where We Draw The Line

We do not remove genuine reviews

A real customer's honest opinion is not removable, by us or by anyone selling you otherwise. What we do challenge is the fake, defamatory, off-topic, or competitor-planted entries that breach the platform's own rules, through that platform's official dispute process.

Where the criticism is fair, the route that works is fixing the underlying issue, responding publicly, and rebuilding the rating with real feedback. That is covered on our negative review removal page and on earning genuine positive reviews.

Send us the search that is causing the problem

Paste the URLs, or just tell us what comes up when someone Googles your name. We will come back with an honest read: what has a genuine removal route, what has to be suppressed, roughly how long each will take, and the fixed price for the scope. Every conversation is confidential, whether or not you go ahead.

Sometimes. We pursue editorial correction requests, right-of-reply frameworks, and formal takedown notices citing the IT Rules 2021 or defamation grounds where they apply, and we work with Google under the Right to be Forgotten policy for certain categories of personal information. Where full removal is not achievable we suppress the article instead. We do not attempt to remove accurate reporting that is in the public interest.
