Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Everything clients ask before hiring a reputation management agency, answered without the hedging: what can actually be removed, what cannot, how we price, how long it takes, and the work we refuse to do. Grouped into ten sections so you can go straight to the part you care about.

If your question is not here, ask us directly. We will give you an honest read on your situation whether or not it turns into work for us.

01

Capabilities

We monitor search results, review platforms, news, forums, and social channels for the terms that matter to you, and we set the frequency to the risk: daily for an active crisis, weekly for steady-state monitoring. You are alerted as soon as something material appears, so you can respond before it spreads rather than after a customer tells you.

02

Reporting and coverage

No, and we would rather be straight about it. FameNinja is a service, not a SaaS product. You get scheduled reports covering search positions, review movement, new mentions, and the status of every removal request in flight, plus a named person who answers the phone. If you prefer the data in your own format, we will send it that way.

03

Pricing and contracts

No. Most work is quoted as a fixed price per case after a free audit, so you know the scope and the cost before anything starts. Where ongoing monitoring or content work makes sense, it runs month to month or quarterly and you can stop it.

04

Working with us

We ask for the links, the searches, or the reviews causing the problem. Within a couple of working days you get a free audit: what we believe can be removed, what has to be suppressed, the likely timeline for each, and a fixed price. If our honest view is that you do not need us, we will say so.

05

Where we work

Yes. We work primarily across India and the UAE, and we handle search results, press, and review platforms in other markets where the case requires it. Removal routes are jurisdiction-specific, so we tell you upfront which laws realistically apply to your situation and which do not.

06

Ethics and legal

Never. We do not write, buy, sell, or trade reviews, we do not post from fake accounts, and we do not hack, bribe, impersonate, or manipulate ratings. Beyond being wrong, those methods get detected, get listings suspended, and create a bigger problem than the one you hired us for.

07

Support and response times

Yes. One strategist owns your case end to end, and the people who audited it are the people who run it. You are not handed to an account manager who has to relay everything to a separate delivery team.

08

Results and measurement

We agree the measures upfront: position of the damaging URLs for your priority searches, how many were removed or de-indexed, review volume and average rating, sentiment across mentions, and the placements built. Those are reported against the baseline we took at the start, so the movement is verifiable rather than asserted.

09

Confidentiality and data

Yes. Every engagement operates under a non-disclosure agreement. We do not name you as a client, publish details that could identify you, or disclose who instructed us when we act on your behalf. Nothing goes into a case study without your explicit written permission.

10

Credibility

We can share anonymised case summaries relevant to your situation: the problem, the route taken, and the outcome. We do not publish client names, because the clients who hire us are precisely the ones who do not want to be named. Any firm showing you named reputation clients is telling you how it treats confidentiality.
